HOW TO BE MENTALLY STRONG?


Mental health is your overall psychological and emotional well-being. 

Yes,  Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life.

But Mental Illnesses are health condition involving changes in emotions, thinking or behavior. Mental illnesses are associated with distress and or problems functioning in social work or family activities. Many people end up sabotaging themselves by letting mirror issues affect their mindset.
However “How to grow mental strong is the key to success”. Knowing how to worry about things you can control and clearing your mind off you rest can not only make you a better person but also keep you happy.

The most successful people are mentally strong. They understand the emotions. Play a driving factor in the decision of everyday life. Learning How to be strong helps you to be a successful person. Also having good mental health helps you go through your daily life with ease, no matter what life throws at you.

So, How Can You Be Mentally Strong? Here are some ways….

1. Get enough sleep

2. Just move on, don’t waste your time, feeling sorry for yourself.

3. Express your feelings.

4. Never give up on failures.

5. Never worry about your past.

6. Enjoy your time alone, don’t fear being alone.

7. Always be kind, but don’t be addicted.

8. Pause for 5 seconds, before you replying when angry.

9. Good exercise and take care of your body.

10. Avoid negative people and surround yourself with positive people.

11. Try to change yourself but not others.

12. Avoid electronic devices.

13. Get to know yourself.

14. Learn from your mistakes.

15. Replace negative thoughts with productive thoughts.

16. Always keep control, don’t give up away your power.

17. Don’t waste time and feelings on things you can’t control.

18. Don’t shy away from you do things.

19. Always keep connected with your families and friends.

20. Don’t expect too much.

21. Stop complaining, don’t waste energy on thing, you can’t control.

22. Set your own goals and believe in yourself.

23. Unsubscribe from all unwanted things.

24. Keep social medias away.

25. Read more and learn new skills.

26. Learn mindfulness meditation.

27. Appreciate people.

28. Stay away from gossip.

29. Never skip your work to sleep.

30. Do the things you love.

I usually follow these ways to improve myself. I’ve written all these lines from my journal book, I read them again and again whenever I feel down.

So learning “How to Grow Mental Strong” is must. You will turn emotionally strong and independent. So

My bag essentials

WHAT’S IN MY BAG My favorite topic always. A handbag is commonly used by women for holding personal items and many thing like money, wallet, keys, makeup products etc… There are many types of handbags such as Messenger Bag, Tote Bag, Envelope Clutch, Barrel Bag, Doctor Bag, Folder Purse, Back Pack, Bucket Bag, Satchel, Saddle Purse, Pouch, Muff Bag, Minaudiere, Half-Moon Bag, Lady Bag, Frame Bag, Duffel, Trapezoid Bag etc… However I have a whole lotta stuff in my bag. I usually carry way too much stuff with me. Actually I hate using tiny bags. I usually carry big bags and I love to carry many things with me. I have a normal bag which is in beige, I carry it everywhere because it has the space to hold everything I need. Sometimes I use smaller bags too.
