First of all I thank god for everything that happens for me. I’m so blessed, so I need to thank him first.

To know yourself is the beginning of wisdom. Knowing yourself is an important step to achieving happiness and peace. To learn your true self, identify the qualities that make you unique. Daily reflection and meditation can help you cultivate a deeper understanding of your identity. As time goes on, you can build on these discoveries to create a deep and meaningful relationship with yourself.
One of the hardest questions in life to answer is “What do you want to do?” Especially when you have no idea what you want to do or you are going through a transition. I can’t tell you how many times I flubbed through that question. t’s a very simple question, but yet it’s tough for many of us to answer. Ever wonder why? I believe that question causes us so much agony because as a social species we don’t like disappointing other people. We want to feel accepted. We are hard-wired for it. When you give someone an answer you think they want to hear, you might satisfy your feelings for social acceptance, but you still end up disappointing someone: yourself.
You aren’t being honest with yourself because you didn’t give yourself permission to be your true self. Not a fun feeling.
You’ll never con
fidently answer that question until you make the time to start systematically learning about yourself.

HOW TO LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF


1)  Ask yourself questions…
If you are journal writer, first try these questions and write the answers
  •      Why are you here?
  •       What do you want to archive in this world?
  •       What makes you happiest?
  •       What are your dreams and goals?
  •       What do you love to do?
  •       What are you grateful for?
  •       What is your most favorite thing about right now?
  •       What is next for you?
  •       How will your ideal you be like?
  •       What is your biggest strength?
  •       What is your biggest weakness?
  •       What make you angry?
  •       What scares you the most?

In the end you will know who you are……


2)  Build your lifestyle…

Lifestyle is the way which a person lives that is about habits, attitudes, tastes, economic level, values, health, wellness, physical etc...
If you want to create your own lifestyle just start with your thoughts. When you try to developed your own lifestyle, you tend to suffer a bit because your human need to be accepted is not being meant because what you are doing is different from everyone else
This is you are fighting with yourself between your two human needs.
 *Here are some ways to create your own lifestyle…
  •  Build your personal productivity.      
  •  Try to learn your values.
  •  Learn new skills.
  • Try to change your bad habits and attitudes.
  • Find your strengths and abilities.
  • Build your personality.
  • Be self-confident.

3) Design your mood chart and try to get who you are…
Here one of the funniest thing I did that I made a mood chart of me. This chart helps me to find and realize about myself. This chart will help to change your mood when you feel struggled.

4) Learn to be honest with yourself
Do you lie to yourself? May be just a little? May be a lot? Whatever the answer, you’re not alone. Most people tell lies, rationalize at times, trying to re sure themselves with a self-talk that’s more wishful think or revisionist in mature than actual truth.
Knowing yourself means recognizing different parts of your identity, personality, and being. The goal is not to criticize yourself but to acknowledge all sides of your personality. Open up to the possibility of learning new things about yourself.
 if you don't like to look in the mirror, ask yourself why? Are you insecure about your looks? Are you worried about your age? You might consider if this is a fear that you can conquer.

Sometimes, that’s not all bad. If you need to embroider what happened with brighter color thread get past it, may be that’s healthy. For the most part, however, learn to be honest with yourself is the most proactive approach. Our lives improve only when we take chances and the first and most difficult risk we can take is to be honest with ourselves.-Walter Anderson
 Nothing makes you more vulnerable than your refusal to be honest with yourself about what you want. If you are honest with yourself,  life will never be honest with you.

5) Respect your feeling and emotions, but don’t listen them always.
Every human being has an unique feelings and emotions, yes we are human and we have feeling and emotions to be a valued person in this society. But in this era feelings and emotions are killing people. However we need to learn how to control our feels and emotions. Our heart is a soft part in our human body but the brain is smart worker. Haha yes, it’s a funny thing to say. So always listen to your brain not your heart, heart always shows ways to be good and calm, but the brain helps us to keep ourselves from toxic and struggled people and society. So as a smart person don’t be too much feeling and emotion, this thing put you down in this society, so try to be a smart worker.

6) Be a journal writer
 If you are a journal writer here are some things you try to find about yourself, yes, just write down your values, interests, life goals, and strength. It may be funny, but this habit will help you to fine who you are. It can help you to archive your goals when you realize your values and strength. So just try this when you feel down or bored.

7) Identify your physical and mental health   
This is the main thing we need to know from ourselves. Yeah, physical and mental health are very important thing in a human life, if you not ok with our health then you can’t be a healthy and smart person in this society. So first thing you find your body health, so medical checkup will help you. And the second part is mental health, if you’re stressed or struggled you’re not the healthy person. So always be strong and calm whatever the hell happen around you, just be calm. When you notice everything around you, then your mind will be disturbed. So tryna be stay from toxic people. If you avoid toxic people in your life, your half of your problems will be fine. So be mentally strong.

8) Find your problems and get ways to solve them
Yeah, everybody play multiple roles in their life based on their personal relationship, work, responsibilities and social interaction.
Before you write your problems first be calm yourself and relax your mind. If you are not ok, then you won’t get your mind. So be relaxed and write down your problems, then find some good solutions to solve them. If you have any problems without any solution, cut them out first coz they are none of your business.

9) Set goals that will make you happy. 

Setting goals will help you achieve what you want out of life. Try to come up with a few goals to help you reach your dreams in life. Aim for goals that will make you happy, not goals motivated by external desires, such as money or prestige.
If you set a big goal, set a few smaller goals that will help you get there along the way. If your dream is to backpack across Europe, for example, set smaller goals to save money, buy the tickets, and plan the trip.

It is not an overnight fix. It is a journey. Think of the things you don't like about yourself (things that make you feel bad about yourself), and why. Are you letting too many outside forces (people) change how you feel about yourself, or make you feel less confident? It takes a lot of focus and growth on your part, but try to do what ''you'' want, dress how ''you'' feel comfortable. If you got that feedback from an airline company, they were giving you constructive criticism. Depending on the position, you need to be a confident and outgoing personality to work in certain areas of the airline industry. Work on your self-confidence, it is worth it and will help you in every aspect of your life.
Start with a new approach. Be available and help whenever someone seeks it. Don't let judgmental thoughts keep you from making a strong connection with others. Share small events from your daily life and say motivational things to those who could use it. Continue being this way, and you will end up making good friends

My bag essentials

WHAT’S IN MY BAG My favorite topic always. A handbag is commonly used by women for holding personal items and many thing like money, wallet, keys, makeup products etc… There are many types of handbags such as Messenger Bag, Tote Bag, Envelope Clutch, Barrel Bag, Doctor Bag, Folder Purse, Back Pack, Bucket Bag, Satchel, Saddle Purse, Pouch, Muff Bag, Minaudiere, Half-Moon Bag, Lady Bag, Frame Bag, Duffel, Trapezoid Bag etc… However I have a whole lotta stuff in my bag. I usually carry way too much stuff with me. Actually I hate using tiny bags. I usually carry big bags and I love to carry many things with me. I have a normal bag which is in beige, I carry it everywhere because it has the space to hold everything I need. Sometimes I use smaller bags too.
