Lifestyle is actually the way of life. It includes interests, options, behaviors, culture, habits, values,
Life balance, health, emotional, goal, dream, well-being, stress management, attitudes, economic level, sleep, pain and more.

However transform your life is not easy as you think, but doing the same thing at all time is harder than changing lifestyle. If you keep doing the same thing, you have always done, you will get the same life you have now. So there are many magical ways to change your lifestyle as you wish.

First thing you should know why you want to change your lifestyle. Actually, your happiness and peace are in your hand. By making conscious changes you can beginning to create a life that you actually look forward to.  The simple lifestyle changes can reduce menopausal symptoms.
So, here I’m gonna tell you some ways to change our simple lifestyle


WAKE UP EARLIER AND GO TO BED EARLIER

Every successful person has this habit. I love being an early morning person. So wake up earlier and use that time to develop healthy habits and get a productive start of your day.
Having an extra hour in the morning may allow to get some new good habits. So, create a morning routine and some productive things like reading, yoga, workout, journal etc…


DON’T SKIP MEALS AND HAVE ENOUGH WATER

These simple healthy habits will keep your metabolism up and insulin level. So you never feel lazy much. Changing your food can be one of the hardest things. To change bit it can make the biggest impact on your life.
Drink more water and being hydrated benefits the body in numerous ways, so always start with your day with a glass of water. Water helps us to implement and not being dehydrated.


READ MORE AND LEARN NEW SKILLS

Reading is the self-form of self-improvement and personal growth. There are so many books out there that provide inspiration and motivation. So try some books to learn what is life?
One of the best way to start making changes is to do thing out of your comfort zone. A key pillar of personal development is opening yourself to new opportunities, experience and knowledge.


TAKE A BREAK FROM TECHNOLOGY AND REDUCE PHONE USE

In this era technology kills us in many ways like waste your time, waste your money, distance between relationships etc… you will have so much time free when you are without technology. So do something in those free time productive or meaningful instead.
Stepping away from technology can be such an amazing way to free up some extra time. So limit that time and focus on what is in front of you and develop strong healthy habits.


SAY “NO” MORE

Say no more. Stop saying yes to the hell you hate. Say no to everything that you do not want to do. Saying no is extremely important for not only your time management, but also for your mental health too. Say no when necessary and removing an overwhelming quantify to ask allow us to focus more on qualify instead.



Cuz, no one gonna care about yourself as much you do. So create a self-care routine. Spending some time of the day devoted to self-care, helps improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety.  It also improves the quality of your relations with others. Self-care is actually improve physical, mental, and emotional health.

  • Meditate
  • Eat healthy and clean
  • Dress up for yourself

  • Nap
  • Give yourself facial

  • Enjoy sunrise and sunset
  • Manicure and pedicure
  • Put on makeup
  • Drink water


PRACTICE STRESS MANAGEMENT

This modern life is stressful. So practice stress management will help you to become necessary life skill. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively and enjoy life.
Change your attitude by think positive thoughts and say positive things.
  • Stop over thinking.
  • Engage in active problem solve.
  • Manage your time well.
  • Let go of the past.
  • Focus on what you can control.
  • Keep a planner.
  • Avoid negative people and surround yourself with positive people.
  • Watch funny films.
  • Treat yourself as much you can.


SAVE MORE MONEY

There are many ways to save money. For example, create a budget, make your meals and stop buying from shops, control electricity bills, learn sewing, learn looking, buy in bulk, garden at home, sell you clutters, plant more trees, cycle to work etc…


IMPROVE YOUR TIME MANAGEMENT SKILL

It can have extremely positive impact on your life. By planning and organizing our time courses to change your lifestyle more than you think.
Here are some ways
  • Wake up and go to bed earlier.
  • Make a task list.
  • Make a plan for your day.
  • Stop multi-tasking.
  • Use a calendar.
  • Say NO more.

My bag essentials

WHAT’S IN MY BAG My favorite topic always. A handbag is commonly used by women for holding personal items and many thing like money, wallet, keys, makeup products etc… There are many types of handbags such as Messenger Bag, Tote Bag, Envelope Clutch, Barrel Bag, Doctor Bag, Folder Purse, Back Pack, Bucket Bag, Satchel, Saddle Purse, Pouch, Muff Bag, Minaudiere, Half-Moon Bag, Lady Bag, Frame Bag, Duffel, Trapezoid Bag etc… However I have a whole lotta stuff in my bag. I usually carry way too much stuff with me. Actually I hate using tiny bags. I usually carry big bags and I love to carry many things with me. I have a normal bag which is in beige, I carry it everywhere because it has the space to hold everything I need. Sometimes I use smaller bags too. My friend and people who knows me always ask me why is my bag so heavy all the time.. Haha, actually I dunno what to say .
