My mindful morning routine




WHAT IS MORNING ROUTINE?


What is morning routine? Actually it is a set of habits that you go through when you wake up. It helps to set you day up in the right way. There are many thing you probably should and shouldn’t do. However it’s not easy as you think. Only serious people about self-improvement should try to create one. But if you try this, it may help you in your life. It’s better to have a few importance habits than a load of meaningless things to occupy your time with.

The morning routine helps us set the tone of the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedules controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us.




MY MINDFUL MORNING ROUTINES

I wake up around 5.00 am to my phone alarm. I set “BED TIME” on my phone with the system “DO NOT DISTURB” so it helps to wake me up earlier. Fine, I sit up in bed and grab my glasses and see myself in the mirror. Haha I love my self so I  see the messy me in the mirror first. Then I tie my hair and jump in the wash room. First I wash my face and brush teeth after I take Vuluh.
The first thing I do in the morning is “Pray Fajr” and reside some verse in the Quran. These are the main things I do in my day. Yeah the PRAYER can be spiritual or religious, or it can be affirmation or goal.  These are the ways how I wake up every day.

WATER

I have a sip of water to hydrate myself.i cant have tea or coffee until I drink up the water, this water helps to flush out toxins, fire up my metabolism, and give fuel to my brain.


JOURNAL WRITING  

So once I have my water I take back my journal book, this is one of my favorite part my morning routines. I write my plans and write my thoughts in it. I start my day with meaningful thoughts. I really love that it gets me in the habit of being more thoughtful about my day.


TEA OR COFFEE WITH SUNRISE

I love sun rise. It is the amazing thing that having coffee with sunrise. Every morning I enjoy sunrise with tea or coffee. It’s actually a wonderful thing. Its helps to calm myself and free from  stress.


WORK OUT

In the morning I usually do some work out for strength. So workout help me to keep me balance and strong.  Every morning I think about doing thirty minutes of work out.


CHECK MY PHONE

After workout I need some time to relax,  so I check messages, all of my social media accounts, and a few news sites


SHOWER

After workout I jump in the shower and get dressed.


BREAKFAST

After shower I enter the kitchen and make my breakfast. I mostly have oatmeal or eggy dishes with some fruits. Actually I don’t like heavy breakfast.


LEARNING

I love learning. I love learning new things and new skills. So I have some books to develop myself and I use some websites to learn new skills. Learning new skills never get you down. So it’s one of the beautiful thing that learn something new in the morning. I usually motivate myself to be mentally strong, so I read some motivational books too.


DRESS UP AND MAKEUP

So finally after finish my main works I put on my outfit for the day. And put some makeup. Without makeup I feel nothing so I put some simple makeup and ready for my day.

My bag essentials

WHAT’S IN MY BAG My favorite topic always. A handbag is commonly used by women for holding personal items and many thing like money, wallet, keys, makeup products etc… There are many types of handbags such as Messenger Bag, Tote Bag, Envelope Clutch, Barrel Bag, Doctor Bag, Folder Purse, Back Pack, Bucket Bag, Satchel, Saddle Purse, Pouch, Muff Bag, Minaudiere, Half-Moon Bag, Lady Bag, Frame Bag, Duffel, Trapezoid Bag etc… However I have a whole lotta stuff in my bag. I usually carry way too much stuff with me. Actually I hate using tiny bags. I usually carry big bags and I love to carry many things with me. I have a normal bag which is in beige, I carry it everywhere because it has the space to hold everything I need. Sometimes I use smaller bags too. My friend and people who knows me always ask me why is my bag so heavy all the time.. Haha, actually I dunno what to say . Basically, I feel like wherever I’m I should be able to survive, so my hand bag us...
